    drought 'no material impact'

    eucalypt trees site location,characteristics of soil depth,soil water storage capacity and undergroung water tables assisted short term water deficits

    olive and almond trees watered by micro irrigation system
    water allocation xpressed as a % of permanent water rights based on mature trees and as both projects do not have mature trees at this stage then access to temporary water via the water mkt is not a problem in addition to normal access of water

    1992 eucalypt tree plantations in wa currently being harvested and woodchipped via on site method for later shipment to japan
    processing on site will mean higher prices for investors
    as costs are reduced
    tim have concentrated on seed genetics,site selection,nutional analysis and mgmt(processing and sales)

    60m annuity style revenue locked in for 2003

    operations update - harvesting
    eucalypts in jan 2003
    olives in autumn 2003

    olive processing:
    expected to process 50,000 tonnes of olives a year producing 10m litres of olive oil worth about 45m a year

    almonds:
    project at robinvale totals 1350 hectares after 203 hectares planted
    expected to plant a further 1100 hectres in 2003 with a 5 year target to = 4000 hectares
    at maturity 14000 tonnes of almonds will be produced each yr(that's a lot of vitamin A!)
    first harvest due early 2004 and hot climate weather good for trees

    in 11/02 a 1m woodchip receiving,stock piling and loading facility was built @ port bunbury
    costs will be cut in transportation,handling,and quality control

    jv formed with integrated tree cropping ltd (itc) in10/02 and tim will build a woodchip xport facility at albany in 2003 approx 5hrs from perth

    full yr ended date now is 30/9
    half yr ill be 31/3

    debenture stock issue closed in 11/02 more than twice oversubscribed!
    11m raised will be used to fund premium land purchase for lease back to investors in tim projects

    feb 2003 will see a new look web site up and running and the site will be more interactive and provide data on all projects

    2003 will also see more projects come to market for investors

    i've taken someones info into account and decided nows a good a time as any to 'get those other ones'
