what i expect today

For once it looks like the yanks took a lead from the Aussie market.. infact they went one better and closed just a fraction down after being down 300+ points in the early arvo

almost a mirror image of the ASX yesterday - which is indeed a great sign for the next few days. The trend has seemingly broken - with the US markets tending to sell down after making substantial gains on the DOW during the day... for once we see the money come back into the market in the late afternoon. Sentiment is improving - and maybe.. just maybe investors can feel that they may have just touched the bottom.

Asian markets will rally today - after seeing the US spring back to life - they have a lot of ground to make up after falling 700 points on Thursday. My advice is to top up - the positive global market today will instil some confidence into the US markets on Friday.. and who knows we may just see a green day after 5 red days in a row. The odds are beginning to stack up.
