What's so different about the Sojitz agreement vs other agreements made in graphite space?
It sounds just as "loose" and subject to unknown terms and conditions as all others out there to me. Don't get me wrong it's obviously good to have OTA's in place when you're looking to finance a project, but I would imagine any Bank would need to see a bit more detail than is provided.
"The agreement provides the framework for sales of a minimum of 14,000 tonnes per year of natural flake graphite products subject to terms and conditions."
"Sojitz will also market Epanko graphite for use in a range of key applications in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China and the US."
"Sojitz also intends to use its network to play a role in developing the downstream battery-grade graphite processing plant"
