What's so different about the Sojitz agreement vs other agreements made in graphite space?
It sounds just as "loose" and subject to unknown terms and conditions as all others out there to me. Don't get me wrong it's obviously good to have OTA's in place when you're looking to finance a project, but I would imagine any Bank would need to see a bit more detail than is provided.
