IMO its a tree shake, bots / shorters hard at work...perhaps an ABC or ugly head and shoulders playing out...
Although KGN for the last 4 months has tended to range between $10 to $13
get the pop corn out and watch the bulls and bears, its looking to be a good buying opportunity
