the whole public listed system is so rorted it actually makes me nauseous.

the only way to play it ever is to take a long view - ignore short term price action by being very clear in your own head whether a stock is worth what you pay for it - and accepting it if you end up being wrong

but the day to day trading behaviours are now a complete fabrication more often than not

it was ever thus. but sicne the bots arrived with their 20c brokerage price its taken manipulation to a whole other world
