Doesn’t matter who the unnamed partner is, if it is a listed entity the fact that it is unnamed means that it is withholding that information.

I don’t know of any unlisted entities who can supply 5.58 mtpa do you?

Assumption 1: It’s a listed entity
Assumption 2: There is good reason for that entity not wanting to be named and therefore not wanting to announce the deal just this second.
