I do not disagree that they the SA Gov is slow, but look at the PEPR submitted by other companies. All approved within 2 to 3 months. REX's PEPR is the only one that is taking 10 months to approve. This is a document that took 2 years to prepare, and (allegedly) with consultations with all the relevant stakeholders.
