Unfortunately hoofa good call but no they won't. Its just like academics teach uni students that what they teach in their classes is the real world.

This is a group of academics who I am sure are well meaning BUT don't have a clue. Stick to the stuff you are good at, what you earned your Phd in and leave the managing to a professional manager.

They need to have someone that thinks day and night about pulling a profit for the business. Its simple, the money coming in needs to exceed the money going out. You have had your time to burn through my cash to get up and going. NOW pull profit OR give me my money back and go back to your sheltered workshops that I pay for through my taxes.
