i dont think exploration will be part of the buget plan. no matter what they say.
finding oil and getting it out of the ground is a facet that must be protected.
the infrastructure who drink coffe and shuffle paper keep logistics and fill up offices with idle chatter are there to service the workforce that create wealth THEY WILL be culled to suit economic criteria.
an oil company without oil workers is not a prudent idea .
