    Australia was not their first port of call

    There are hundreds of thousands coming through the front door at Australian airports but these people prefer to pay a criminal to smuggle them into a country of their choice as they did not have the credentials or they were not prepared to wait or for whatever reason, they may have already been criminals we do not know, but it was an illegal act, you don't break into someone's house uninvited and not expect to be treated like a criminal

    Maybe they did not get the same degree of medical treatment that my medical insurance provides (that I pay for from my own pocket) but they do get treatment which IMHO would be far better than what they could get in their home village

    There must be a rule of law otherwise we have chaos
