The WA government didn't take the advice and now things just plough on in their own environmentally destructive way with graziers thinking they own the bloody place with fences, locks on gates and Ozzies - who actually OWN the land - denied entry to their own land unless they jump through administrative hoops to get onto the places where graziers have leases - they do NOT own the land.
