Dept of Agriculture in WA advised the state government that no grazing leases should be renewed when they came up for ? 100 year lease. The WA government didn't take the advice and now things just plough on in their own environmentally destructive way with graziers thinking they own the bloody place with fences, locks on gates and Ozzies - who actually OWN the land - denied entry to their own land unless they jump through administrative hoops to get onto the places where graziers have leases - they do NOT own the land.

put that lot together with the wage withholding and low wage paying, sexual abusing farmers that we've had several government enquiries about -and farmers aren't exactly what one would call 'salt of the earth' --------- unless one considers salt - corrosive

they are, however, very strong on the 'I'm alright jack' scale of things
