With less than 4% of the vote still to be counted Biden is drawing further ahead of Trump.
Biden is now over 5 million votes in front across the nation.
Biden is leading by tens of thousands of votes in most of the undecided states.
There is no concrete evidence of voter fraud and the courts are throwing out Rudi's attempts to establish any.
There are reportedly hundreds of affadavits from Trump supporters alleging vote rigging but none that offer any proof of it.
Some that have been published are plain silly and are clearly just from Trump supporters trying to muddy the waters.
The only charge of voter fraud laid has been of a Trump supporter who tried to vote for his dead mother.
It will be another month until the election is officially declared so Trump can keep claiming to have won until then.
But Biden is on track to score a convincing win.
