Our position on the register is known and yes we do hold over 75m shares directly. Yes we are very close to holding 5%.
If you would feel more comfortable having your shares crossed to us on market instead of an OMT we will happily arrange this with your broker.
Again, how many shares are you holding as we would like to calculate this for lodging a substantial shareholder notice?
