He isn't exactly wrong though, trusting social media is where hype/innuendo and pure nonsense stems from which is why you get some irrational price rises in random stocks before huge dumps. Even Linkedin posts which may even be by business directors aren't necessarily misleading or fake news but do you really expect a business owner to down ramp their business whilst not focusing on the upsides?
