Once again I consider this news to be price sensitive and released via ASX I certainly don’t understand this companies management with regards to an informed market perhaps they are happy having one of the worst performing companies on the asx - I don’t know, but from the amount of official correspondence coming from them it would appear they just don’t care about the SP and / or market perception
perhaps they want to take it private at the lowest possible price
it does appear something is going on
