Really? Are you that much of a newbie - that guideline is purely in respect to the need for a company to disclose market sensitive information......this in no way stops a company releasing non-sensitive information.
Can't believe so many posters on this thread are investing in shares without knowing the basic obligations of the company or the ASX.
