Most companies, post the announcement of an issue to staff and a GM, tend to go quiet for not wanting to be seen as influencing shareholders votes.....
However it will have to be the 'professional investors' that put money in recently at 30c that get the vote up as most of the private client owners would have to vote against it all.....you would think.
