and add a registry of a quite reasonable ~646m shares on issue, with a fair chunk held by the former dragon (DLE) Chinese connections. 646m shares leaves some room to increase without getting an excessive level of issuance.
If shares on issue was closer to 1bln or > then this would be a concern.
