Mate my completely unbiased opinion is just to look over the last Ann, of which this extract has been the cause (to the best of my knowledge) of recent SP activity and volume. My Position portrays my opinion of the extract:

"The Chairman of the Company, Mr Peter Wall, continues to receive numerous proposals on a weekly basis for corporate transactions opportunities involving the Company.

Given Mr Wall’s connections to the medical cannabis space, many of these opportunities are within this sector. Additional opportunities within the cyber security sector have also been presented to the Company.

The Board intends to work closely with ASX to determine the conditions that are likely to be imposed on the Company should any new opportunities be acted on."
