Its just human nature that when u believe in a company and it has a great TA, then it gets driven into oblivion on the back of its best announcement... it is so heartbreaking to have to sell..

Insert the old adage "never fall in love with a stock..." "sell on news" "the trend is your friend" etc. etc. cliche cliche..

But your point about piece of mind is well made.. NEVER going to happen trading... for that -- get a fixed term deposit, 3% interest --- and a dog...
