GSW has been too scared to make an announcement?

Well we just don't know do we but how many times have you seen a potential partnership, MOU etc stated only to find out months or years later that it is no longer? Many, many times in my experience. One would have thought after what management have put investors through that they would have the courtesy of making investors aware of their current status. Very poor PR imo.
