Just a note on this. We run software from third parties, but on the front end these applications are rebranded to look like our business. The vast majority of people working within the company would have no idea that the software they are using is in fact not designed and created internally. Nor would any of our customers know. You would have to delve deep into the shadow worlds of the senior IT team to find this out.
