    Something I haven't seen mentioned on these threads (apology if I missed it) is the fact that YUM bought a 3% stake in Grubhub in May and is using its delivery platform. I think this wouldn't help GSW's case. I'm not totally up to speed on this so would welcome comment on likely impact.
