The only thing I can say is that at last report they had approximately $90m in cash. Most of which was from Fidelity. That is a lot of cash. The risk to this is successful legal proceedings against GSW that could see this cash being returned Fidelity or other parties.
At last report they were making more money from investing the cash than from their own operations. I have no idea if their software will be a success although one thing i can say it will not live up to the BS announcements that they were spruiking.
Basically the directors / management could "fiddle around" with their software for a decade having long lunches in Pitt cafes and drawing huge wages ,,, slowing syphining all the cash to themselves
