GSW should already be trading much higher based on Tuesday's announcement. It's a big game changer. I think the deployment with NA Williams will happen in stages. It's too huge a project to deliver in one hit. The rollout will probably start off with the key customers/cities/states they've already trialled and then, slowly onto others.
