Agree but why only profit margin of 20pc - i should think that this business would have a fairly low variable costs and its fixed costs should be able ti be absorbed just by the NA Williams deal alone. I reckon a profit margin of 40pc would be more representative but FY19 could see say 70pc of the $138m booked so NPAT could be $27m on just that single deal and divide by say total shares of 250m then gives an EPS of 10.8c x PE of 25= price of $2.70. Obviously that does not yet include the other 1b transaction they have already signed for other deals with more to come. Another deal announcement and we wont be seeing a 2 in front of the share price. This stock and YOJ would soon get insto support- amazing those so called share experts on Your Money Your Call have not even heard of these stocks- when they do MC would be well into $500-600m region GLTAH!
