You need to compare the fundamentals of GSW with WTC - WTC had revenue of $150M last financial year and its market cap is $2.5B with a PE of 70. These stocks do not trade on PE's of 25 times.

If management can successfully gain the revenue predicted, then just based on the revenue from the N.A Williams contract alone, this stock is worth $20+.

I have a friend that sells this type of software and has been in software sales for 30 years - he put me onto this stock at $1.39.

This is my largest position and no plans to sell for a few years yet.
