Hard Road really only contained 2 decent songs, but did set up the Alberts sound that was to remain for many years to come.
Evie 1,2,3 ( still the worlds longest single) and Hard Road, both written by Vanda & Young. Stevie had stopped co writing with George Young after Friday On My Mind.
For a bit of trivia, Evie was going to be the last Easybeats single.
Stevie had a great voice as we all know.
More trivia..before Ian Hunter joined Mott The Hoople the band was considering Stevie?
