focus of discussions with gas buyers is around prepayments . For eg Instead of buying gas at 15 , they buy gas at 12.5 and stump up 20m upfront. This provides capital for development drilling reducing or even eliminating need for CR. There are also Govt bodies that provide low interest ( or maybe no interest loans ) for projects like these which they could apply for . Lastly there is that 21m pool made available by the QLD Govt which they are very likely to bid for.
furthermore - there really hasn’t been a pump but rather a slow and steady rerate that is at the beginning imo
