How on earth can you spend 100s of millions on LNG import...

How on earth can you spend 100s of millions on LNG import terminals when you are laden with gas as a natural resource . Furthermore isn’t the lefties argument about gas an environmental one - how does burning gas others produce improve anything - can’t see this ever getting up . may be thrown up as a solution for political reasons to justify the impending brown outs and black outs down south

in terms of a CR - i would ascribe little chance to it . Maybe post pipeline deal and a couple of GSA with upfront pre payments , maybe they raise a little to be fully funded for phase one , but I think Comet will be trading in the high 20s / low 30s post these announcements and any CR of it was required would occur at higher prices than now . Ofcourse corporate activity also a possibility
