    Lol ltl's, suggest you go find the most basic text available and look up N E T T A S S E T S

    This may help:

Another issue which appears to have you totally confused is the distinction between actual trading losses and sunk capital, the funding that creates things, like operating mines, beneficiation plants, chemical processing factories, and a customer base.

While no one would suggest Lynas development hasn't been tortuous & excessively costly they have succeeded where others, notably Moly & GW, have totally failed. You should also look at some of the wannabes out there, i.e. NTU, where $100M of SH funds have been burnt for 6 small patches of low grade resource, a telephone book of glossies, and successive Ann's promising "the cheque's in the mail".

Lynas has succeeded at what unfortunately appears to be the cycle low for RE, yet is clearly already competitive with its near monopoly peers and not fully optimised, but now has a four year window to leverage that success on the presumption REO will return to economic values.

For anyone with any confidence in RE, and a basic understanding of commodity cycles, it is a fairly simple equation really. You can leverage prices with an operating business, or just keep pretending with glossy PDF's, presuming enough suckers remain.
