Wrong...ODN have announced to the market that the directors have agreed to proceed under Singapoeean company law...which allows for the acquisition to proceed...that is fact and on record by the company...see last ASX announcement.

I can't believe the amount of posts banging on about something contrary to what the company has lawfully stated via an ASX announcement...

What should be the focus is the consolidation and value of the soon to be ASX:GRD...the acquisition process is now progressing with no insurmountable barriers to completion...just a process as with any other RTO...
