time now for slater to do a deal with watchstone regarding the 80mil escrow money.
60m to slater and 20m to watchstone now. No need for court case. Slater will win eventually anyway.
then use 60m as leverage with banks.
60m will buy them another year, till NIHL money comes in. And PIP and savings kicks in.
