PE = low to ok Dividends = desirable but not essential market cap = low to mid cap chart = on dips or long term low or continuing uptrend management = strong & honest, proven delivery revenues / earnings / profits = strong in poor market average daily trading liquidity > $100,000 cash flow = positive net tangible assets = positive (2x) script on issue not too high growth potential (share price & business) = high EPS = good to excellent
