Good questions, but I think the reactor has issues with the graphite. Thats just my assumptions though because H2 gas itself isnt a new thing to deal with, but graphite solids in a reactor for this purpose are. Otherwise, I'm anxious to see whats happening but im not too worried at the moment. The 2nd reactor was on its way or in the process a long time before the CDP ran so it hasnt got anything to do with the tech as a failure or not.
i dunno, I'd much prefer we get more insight into why the raise occured. Its been a few weeks and really nothing of substance has happened. Wasnt timed very well and it needs to have a purpose we can all see.
