One of the problems with thermo catalytic conversion is graphite clogging. Hazer claim that the use of iron ore as their catalyst negates this tendency. The purity, feed rate and particle size will all be part of the numerous variables to be tested in order to achieve their ideal efficiency. This was why I asked if concurrent testing was still going on with the pilot plant in order to achieve premium efficiency. No one seems to know or willing to share. I guess there are proprietary secrets to be held.
