The thing about the revenue stream is that it will be highly stable once the plants are built.
Each new plant will add another highly stable revenue component.
Institutions love highly stable and growing revenue steams...
They make for very strong cash flow.
So this can trade on very high multiples .... once it has some earnings!

We need to see some signatures this year.... License agreements signed.
For his to happen there will need to be some solid statistics from the CDP published.

So far we've just had blandishments "very promising"
