My Modelling suggests the current fair market cap for Lynas is between $60 and $70mill reflecting its debt burden, need to renegotiate loan payments again under loan shark conditions with no reasonable prospect of generating income to meet these higher interest compounding payments and no prospect of REE price growth while Lynas and Molycorp are on the mat. I don't think it will go below 60-70m as that level of support would be sustained by upside speculators.
I think the grand Lynas experiment will end abruptly one day in the next four months with market cap in the 60-70m range with announcement that keys have been handed to note holders.
