mate I hope we’re both right here. Let’s hope Ron gets it realised. You’ve obviously got a good communication channel open and still have confidence after speaking with him - character judgement is probably just as important as the actual results in junior investments.
Ron has locked in a 12 month notice period requirement in the prospectus even if he performs poorly and gets voted out.(well pretty sure that’s how it is)
