I think one of the reasons he says there are many things to do and will take a lot of time because a lot of shareholders email him about regular updates to the market.
If we believe in Ron then we should also believe he wants to grow this company the best he can. From the last announcement we can see there is good grade resources in the earth.
Unlike some other companies I have seen, who give regular updates, getting the market excited, only to just keep raising and paying the CEO and the board.
