    100 Million People Dieting For 20 Years and the results are disappointing. More people are calorie counting and exercising than ever before but there are more obese than before. How can that be? The conventional wisdom is that we lack willpower. I don't believe it.

    A keto diet restricts both sugar and carbs thus controlling insulin which is the fat storing hormone. Fats quench hunger without raising insulin and intermittent fasting puts you into a ketonic state which burns stored fats.

    Not working office hours we can go 15 hrs between the evening meal and a full cooked breakfast. I would like to extend this by having a bulletproof coffee* for breakfast and then cooking a keto lunch [eggs, meat, cheese etc] two good meals a day without carbs should not leave you eternally hungry, and you will be safe from Type II diabetes.

    MCT oil is "high octane" coconut oil, good for the brain,
