Sounds like you are doing a combination of keto + intermittent fasting.
I do the intermittent fasting, good lunch at midday, dinner at around 6pm then an 18hr fast till lunch next day. works well for me. I don't eat junk food, but apart froom that don't worry about what I eat. Lost 20kg and with more energy.
