This is excellent news for the Algea industry.

I believe AEB has the most outstanding technology in algae industry and a greater diverse range of products. Therefore, I will be pissed off if the company sell the Atlanta facility for $10-15 million, especially if Genco and Earl are involved.
Already as is, they have 100t production capacity and have begun making money.

If AEB own the Atlanta facility then shareholder (more likely creditor) approval would be required.
