100% not happy with the board

hi there ..

so.. as per the thread heading .. 100% not happy with Ric, Tim, Dave, Don etc .. in our meeting the other week ... the face to face one .. they were asked directly and in fact several times by a few of the attendees about a CR .. and Ric and Tim's response were they will not do any CR until they are cash flow positive.. they re-confirmed what they have been saying to the market, ( essentially gave a commitment for this to shareholders) for some time now about this and with today's announcement .. its a complete 180.. and as far as I'm concerned .. not acceptable from responsible management.. and not treating shareholders and their capital with the respect they should.. if things are really hotting up and they need $$ for that well where is the announcement ..?? if they are hotting up the announcement would drive the share price up and then a CR at a higher price ..?? less dilution of existing capital/shareholders ..?? if thats not the case then what is ..?? too many questions to run through right now...

yes .. we have to wait and see the terms and details of the CR but they have NO hard capital expenses to cover while they get moving forward.. just wages.. who does a CR for wages ..?? Ric said in that Sydney meeting that they "don't know what they have to do " and this was a month after NCCN guidelines came out .. well.. seems like they really don't know what they are doing .. or how to do it ..??
