PLV has had heaps of news and hasn't moved, still question marks out there it seems. IO has lost its luster slightly, e.g. BHP and RIO cancelled future expansion plans, FMG divesting into oil & gas, Vale expecting a 20% reduction next year whilst releasing super carriers to reduce costs.
The market is probably waiting for costs and future mine life as the project on Cockatoo is limited (before i get fried by the locals lol, announcement 4/12/12 page 8 production plan falling in 2015) at this stage.
