WE don't really know. If WEG missed the deadline by 1day then sure, they probably want to take matters as far as they can. But for all we know they grossly failed to meet condition precedence. In which casem they are probably happy with just the 20% of PLV. Would be nice if it was a mutual termination of agreement. WEG are getting $3mil back. So they might not be too concerned by the developments.
