While I love your numbers, I'm doing my DD on a slightly more conservative basis.

Still I come up with a $20m net profit this financial year, $60m in 2013/14 and then up to about $70m after that. That of course is not counting any increases from the underground or Irvine. Put that on a PE of 14 and you get a company with a market cap of about $1b.

That's about 20 times our present market cap, so my prediction is that in 5-7 years, Pluton will be paying fully franked annual dividends greater than the current share price.

I can wait that long!
