"350,000 tonne per annum process plant has capital cost of approximately $A66 Million Dollars".
ARD is planning on a 1.5mtpa plant going need some serious cash at some point....if Silver keeps going up they'll certainly do have the resource to pay back the debt for a 100mill+ plant...
