Hi mate,
Genuinely curious as to why you find this overvalued? I'm bullish on this and would enjoy hearing an opposing view?
Here is my figures on why this is undervalued:
So at current price MC diluted = $35m (1.2B shares + 800k options + 100m performance M1 X current price)
There long term goal is to launch 100 nanosatellites in the next 2-3years. From these launches they expect revenue of $300-$500m (I think thats the highest revenue target set by any ASX penny)
Proof of concept already complete as theyve designed, built and launched one nanosatellite thats been fully operation for 18months with no problems.
Short term goal is to launch 3 nanosats by Q2 of 2017. Theyve already landed a contract with Innovation and space logistics(http://www.isispace.nl/corporate-structure/) already to launch these 3 nanosats (this was there milestone 1 which they delivered why ahead of their 18month timeframe).
They have also landed a commercial agreement with Sat-Space Africa Ltd (leading pan-african communication company) for their 3nanostat launch so they have a buyer for the bandwidth and data.
Just going of the figures for 100nanosatellites:
100nanostats =
$300-$500m revenue
10,000mhz bandwidth/year
1Billion min calltime/year
So that means Q2 2017
3nanostats =
$10-$15m revenue
303mhz bandwidth/year
30million min calltime/year
Compare this with the operational/maintanence costs of the 3nanostats of about $3-4m(which has already been raised) this leads to a profit of at least $7m.
Their disruptive advantages:
- Can provide comms to remote areas of the world that previous had no reception especially targeting africa
- Cheaper than tradition retail costs and data
- 1/8th of the size
- Lower opex and capex
- the team also looks like they want to move into space insurance?? "SSG team to consult global space industry (incl. space insurance)
Will do some more digging later on...
Also just on charts:
Looks like its testing the base on the HV candle. We saw weakness yesterday as it was creeping on low volume - triggering the dump.
But rn looks like a lack of supply at these levels all testing the HV.
Ofc 2.6/2.5 would need to hold.
Cheers
